Lincoln Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help in identifying a man who stole several “adult items” from an adult entertainment store and a vehicle involved in a neighborhood hit-and-run.

The first case occurred on August 22, 2024, at the Adam and Eve store near 43rd and “O” Street.

Video Forensics Technician for the Lincoln Police Department Becky Keller says a male in his early 20’s came into the store, grabbed grabbed “a few adult items,” and walked out of the store without paying for them.

Nearby surveillance video captured a darker colored sedan that is believed to be his vehicle.

A tattoo was visible on the suspects left calf. Pictures of the suspect and his vehicle are available below.

The second case involves a vehicle believed to have been involved in a hit-and-run that occurred in the intersection of Sycamore Drive and Hazelwood Drive in southeast Lincoln.

Lincoln Police are looking for a dark blue or purple 90’s model Ford Ranger that has a silver truck tool box in the back of it. The truck is likely going to have some decent damage as it took out a light pole and stop sign.

Witnesses say the truck was being driven by a white male with a passenger. Pictures of the suspected truck are available below.

If you have information on either of these cases, contact Lincoln Police at (402) 441-6000 to speak with an officer, or make an anonymous report to Crime Stoppers at (402) 475-3600. An anonymous tip can be left online through lincolncrimestoppers.com
