One person is dead in South Lincoln after fire crews responded to calls of a fire.
Shortly after 2:30 this morning Lincoln Fire and Rescue responded to the Salt Valley View apartments near 14th & Old Cheney.
A first-floor apartment had smoke coming from it that crews gained entry to and found 1-victim who was pronounced dead shortly thereafter.
