LSO deputies made a big drug bust during a traffic stop near NW 31st and Highway 34 early Saturday morning.  Captain John Vik says they stopped a vehicle that a deputy witnessed being involved in a road rage incident.

When they pulled the Chevy Cruze over around 4:00 a.m. they spoke with 37-year-old Michael Paris and his passenger, 27-year-old Kelcee Albin.  After being ordered out of the vehicle, Vik says deputies saw two guns inside that neither Paris or Albin disclosed were in there.

Deputies then searched the vehicle.  “They found about 2.5 pounds of meth, 3 grams of cocaine and over 900 controlled pills, some of which we suspect contain fentanyl,” Vik says. In addition, two sheets of suspected LSD tablets, several grams of marijuana and a syringe loaded with a drug were found along with hundreds of rounds of ammo and a large amount of cash.

Paris and Albin were arrested on several charges.
