Lincoln Police are looking for one suspect who broke into the Casey’s General Store at 13th and E Street. Police were called just after midnight on January 4th for an alarm. They found the front door had been shattered. No one was inside.
An employee arrived and reviewed the store video with officers. it showed a man seen breaking the window and entering the store. The employee reports the man took multiple cartons of cigarettes estimated at $3,000.
Officers processed the scene and searched the area for evidence. They will continue to review video evidence. The estimated damage to the building is $300.
