Lincoln Police released the name of the man killed Monday near 26th and Vine. Police were called to the home around 3:10 p.m. who said a man had been hit with a large pole and CPR was in progress. 29 year old Trevious Clark was rushed to a hospital where he was pronounced deceased.

Several hours later, 50 year old Brian Adams was taken into custody at a home in southwest Lincoln. Authorities say it appears Adams and Clark were involved in a fight. After Adams was located. he was taken to a hospital for treatment of injuries. Adams will be charged with 2nd degree murder and use of a weapon to commit a felony when he is released.
