Lincoln Police are looking for a suspect involved in a fight that happened about 10:10 Tuesday night near 27th and Randolph.

LPD Lieutenant Jason Goodwin told KLIN News the fight followed an altercation earlier in the day.  The suspect brandished a gun and the victim took out a machete in self-defense.  The fight was eventually broken up after a 3rd party intervened.

The victim sustained some minor injuries which did not require hospitalization.  The suspect is described as a black male wearing a white shirt and red and navy blue pants.

Anyone with information is asked to contact LPD at 402-441-6000 or Crime Stoppers at 402-475-3600
