UNLPD officers responded to 1425 R St about 10:20 Wednesday night on the report of vandalism in progress. This is best known as Fiji House, the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity that was recently suspended for 5-years by the University.
While responding, officers received updated information that there was a fight in progress.
When order was restored and an investigation conducted, 3 non-UNL students were arrested. Charges are outlined below:
Levi M Leon 18 years old of Lincoln
Charges:
- Minor in Possession of Alcohol
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
- Criminal Mischief
- Criminal Mischief
- Criminal Mischief
Dario Rossin 18 years old of Lincoln
Charges:
- Obstructing a Peace Officer
- Criminal Mischief
- Criminal Mischief
A 17-year-old Juvenile was referred to County Court
Charges:
- Assault on a Peace Officer
- Minor in Possession
- Trespassing
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
- Fail to Comply
- 3rd Degree Assault
- Resist Arrest
