Lincoln Police were called to the 500 block of S 27th street around 2 p.m. Saturday to investigate a burglary. A man reported that someone had broken the door to his apartment sometime during the overnight hours.
Once inside, they removed two black powder long barrel pistols and a number of antique knives. The estimated loss is $10,000.
Police processed the scene for evidence and are searching for video evidence. The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to call Lincoln Police at 402-441-6000 or Crime Stoppers at 402-475-3600.
