For the second time in three days Lincoln Police are investigating a homicide.  Police Chief Michon Morrow says just after noon officers were called to a home near 11th and G on a report of a shooting.

“When officers arrived on scene the person responsible for the shooting turned himself over to us.”  Morrow says the suspect is the resident of the apartment. A 52-year-old man was found dead at the scene with a gunshot wound to the head.  Morrow says the two men were acquainted with each other, but it’s not known what led to the shooting.

Police recovered a gun at the scene.  The 53-year-old suspect was taken to police headquarters to be interviewed.  Early Sunday morning 32-year-old Gregory Little was shot and killed outside the Royal Hookah Bar in downtown Lincoln bar by a security guard.
