A resurfacing project by the Lower Platte South Natural Resource District will close down the Salt Creek Levee Trail between Van Dorn and “O” streets beginning Wednesday, March 13th, scheduled to be completed by April 5th.
Barricades will be in place at trail entry points.
The Jamaica North Trail is the recommended detour to avoid the work area. It can be accessed from the Salt Creek Levee Trail south of the Speedway Sport Complex, the West “A” Street Trail at West “A” Street, and the “F” Street Bicycle Boulevard. Access to the Salt Creek Levee Trail on the north side of West “O” Street will be maintained.
