Lincoln Police are investigating an early morning robbery at 10th and M street. Police say the victim reported being approached by an unknown person around 12:45 a.m. LPD says the suspect asked for a cigarette and then demanded money.
He implied he had a weapon and the victim handed over some cash. The suspect then fled the scene and the victim was not hurt. LPD is asking anyone with information to call the non-emergency number at 402 441-6000 or CrimeStoppers at 402 475-3600.
