A Lincoln man is facing charges after police say he collided with a train near 1st and South Street around 1:00 a.m. Sunday. Captain Todd Kocian says a white Honda Accord was westbound and struck the northbound train.
He says 19-year-old Dylan Aznoe fled the scene and left two passengers behind. “Officers contacted him at his residence early Monday morning where he was arrested for leaving the scene of an injury accident and careless driving.”
He says the two passengers suffered minor injuries . The investigation is ongoing.
