Lincoln Police were called to Mum’s Liquor near 22nd and O Street just before 1:00 Tuesday morning to investigate a robbery. Captain Todd Kocian says an employee told officers that a man came in and ran behind the counter. He then pointed a handgun and demanded money.
“The suspect was wearing a black hoodie with pink bands on the shoulders, a mask, gloves and a shower curtain over his body.” He was able to take an unknown amount of money before fleeing the store. Kocian says the shower curtain was left at the scene.
