LPD Searching for Indecent Exposure Suspect, O-Street Troublemaker

By Chase Porter Jan 10, 2024 | 11:30 AM

Lincoln Police are seeking public assistance on two separate cases, one involving a O-Street driver who has evaded several traffic stops and another who exposed himself to a massage therapist.

Video Forensics Technician for the Lincoln Police Department (LPD) Becky Keller says a white 2015 or newer Dodge Challenger has been causing issues along O-Street, going back as far as December 9th, 2023. The vehicle has unique black vinyl decals on the hood and trunk, best described as a thick “racing stripe,” as well as black wheels, and last seen with no plates.

Police are seeking information on where this car might be parking and who the driver is, as it has been the subject of ongoing problems and fleeing from traffic stops on O Street. Photos of the vehicle are available below.

Additionally, information is being sought on man who exposed his genitals to a massage therapist on January 2nd, in the area of 56th and Nebraska Parkway.

Police provided photos of the suspected vehicle he was driving, described as a white Hyundai Elantra with a noticeable red wolf decal on both sides of the back wheel fender.

The suspect is described as a 5’10” possibly middle-eastern man in his late 20’s. The massage therapist said he stepped towards her with his hand on his genitals. The therapist ran to the bathroom for her safety until he left her business. Photos of the vehicle and security footage of the suspect are available below.

If you have information on one of these cases, contact Lincoln Police at (402) 441-6000 to speak with an officer, or make an anonymous report to Crime Stoppers at (402) 475-3600 or make an online tip through their website: lincolncrimestoppers.com
