Lincoln Transportation and Utilities officials say northbound 13th Street between “O” and “P” streets will be closed for crane work from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday, January 4. Sidewalks in the area will remain open. The recommended detour is “O” Street to 14th Street to “Q” Street.
Travelers are encouraged to seek an alternate route and exercise caution around the work.
