A man is facing terroristic threat charges after Lincoln Police were called to the Paramount Linen parking lot at 837 S 27th Street around 1 p.m. on September 24th. A caller stated that 36 year old Jeffrey Holt had been terminated from his construction job on September 16th. An employee told police that when Holt had been terminated, he made comments about coming back and causing problems.

Holt showed back up wearing a full face costume mask and started a disturbance with an employee. Other employees tried to talk with Holt to calm him down when they saw a gun on his lap. Police contacted Holt and saw a loaded handgun with an extended magazine on his passenger seat. Holt was taken into custody without incident.

Officers also found the full face costume mask, two knives , a backpack, kneepads and a bullhorn inside his vehicle. The license plates on Holt’s vehicle had been removed and were inside a backpack.

Holt was taken to a mental health crisis facility for an evaluation and treatment. He was released from that facility on Monday and was booked for making terroristic threats.
