Lincoln Police say technical difficulties that affected 911 telephone lines Tuesday afternoon have been resolved and they were restored to normal operations around 2:45.
LPD posted on social media around 2:00 p.m. “the telephone lines at the Lincoln Emergency Communications Center are experiencing technical difficulties with calls coming through intermittently to 911 and administrative lines.”
