LSO Says Husband Of Missing Man Not A Suspect

By Tom Stanton Nov 8, 2023 | 1:16 PM

As the search for 35-year old Tyler Goodrich continues, Lancaster County Sheriff’s officials are stressing that Goodrich’s husband, Marshal Vogel,  is not a suspect in the case. “Mr. Vogel was the last person who saw Tyler prior to him being missing,” Chief Deputy Ben Houchin says.

“Being married to him is the one person who would know him best and that’s the reason why we continue to need to talk to him, but again, he is not a suspect.”  Goodrich was last seen at their house near 12th and West Burnham streets around 7:45 Friday night.

Houchin says they are doing everything they can to find Goodrich. He says a lot of resources and personal time are being used.  LSO’s investigative unit has served numerous subpoenas and search warrants to try and obtain information that will help them find Goodrich.

He is asking residents in the area near the Goodrich home to check their property. Anyone with information is also asked to call the sheriff’s office at 402-441-6500 or dispatch at 402-441-6000.
