Funeral services will be held Friday for Cpl. Daegan Page of Omaha. The 23 year old Marine was killed in the suicide bombing attack at the Kabul airport last month that killed 12 other U.S. soldiers.
A public visitation for Page will be held Thursday, September 16th at St. Paul Lutheran Church at 13271 Millard Avenue in Omaha from 5 until 8 p.m. Doors to use will be posted.
Funeral services for Page will be Friday, September 17th at 10 a.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church. The main sanctuary is for family and friends and public seating will be limited. Following the service, burial will be held at the Omaha National Cemetery.
Sarpy County released a traffic note for services on Friday. There will be no access to 144th Street (or Highway 50) from any roadway between Capehart Road and Millard Avenue. The area will be shut down to traffic from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
