Lincoln Transportation and Utilities officials says beginning November 1 Havelock Avenue from North 72nd to North 73rd streets will be closed from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. daily for utility work. The work is scheduled to be completed by Friday, November 3.
The recommended detour is Havelock Avenue to North 70th Street to Adams Street to North 84th Street. Travelers are encouraged to seek an alternate route and exercise caution around the area.
