Lincoln Police were called to a home near 24th and Holdrege around 8:20 Saturday morning to investigate a drive-by shooting. “The 50-year-old victim reported arriving home that morning and finding what appeared to be a bullet hole in the drywall inside the house,” says LPD Public Information Manager Erika Thomas.
She says the bullet went through a window and into the wall. Damage is estimated at $410.00. “Four people had been sleeping at the residence overnight and did not report anything suspicious,” Thomas says.
No injuries were reported and the investigation is continuing.
