Lincoln Police are investigating the theft of a Stoeger 12 gauge shotgun on September 30th at 52nd and Wilshire Blvd.
The victim told police that someone got into his unlocked pickup and took the shotgun that had been in the back seat in a case between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m. The gun is valued at $800.
Police processed the pickup for evidence and searched the area for witnesses or video. The investigation is ongoing and those with information are asked to call police.
