On Wednesday, September 1st, 37 year old Peter Benavidez was arrested around 4 p.m. for three counts of possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine.
Between February 23rd and March 9th, Benavidez sold 3.5 grams, 4.0 grams and 4.4 grams of methamphetamine to an undercover investigator at different times and dates. Benavidez was in the Lancaster County Jail since July on unrelated charges.
Funds from the Drug Task Force was used to purchase the narcotics in this investigation.
