Lincoln Police are asking for the public’s help in tracking down a person who they believe is connected to several fires in a Near South neighborhood. Sergeant Chris Vollmer says just after 5:00 Wednesday morning officers and LFR crews were sent to an alley near 17th and Euclid for a small grass fire.
There were a total of six small fires that involved grass, trash cans and dumpsters. “Area video surveillance shows what appears to be a teenage male wearing a black sweatshirt, black pants and red flip flop style sandals possibly involved,” Vollmer says.
