A 39 year old man is recovering after an assault on Thursday, September 10th around 4 a.m. Police made contact with the man near 48th and Huntington and he reported that he was near 25th and Theresa when he was assaulted and robbed by a group of people.
The man reported he was kicked and punched several times and his money, phone and EBT card were taken. The man was treated at a hospital and released.
