UNL Police say someone pulled out a gun during a verbal altercation between two people Wednesday night. It happened around 8:30 p.m. in the recreation areas outside the Harper-Schramm-Smith residence hall complex near 14th and Avery.
UNL Police say the suspect was gone prior to them being notified. The suspect is described as a dark-complected man, approximately 6 feet tall and slender, with short black hair and tattoos down both arms.
He was last seen wearing a white tank top with grey shorts, and he drove away from the scene in a 2013-2015 white Chevrolet Malibu. Anyone with information on the incident can call UNLPD at 402-472-2222 (2-2222 on campus).
