UPS contacted the Lancaster County Sheriff’s office on Wednesday about a package that smelled of marijuana.
Sheriff Terry Wagner says they took the package, got a warrant and did a controlled delivery to a home at 35th and South Street. They set up a surveillance to see who would pick up that package.
33 year old Michael Terry Jr was booked for possession with intent to deliver. There was 14 pounds of marijuana in the package that had been sent from Medford, Oregon.
