A family disturbance ended up with a 51 year old man behind bars just after 11 p.m. Wednesday near 52nd and Ervin. When police arrived they found Rodney Mann standing in the driveway. Police found a 31 year old man in inside an apartment with a number of injuries. He told police he had been stabbed by his uncle.
The victim said during the fight, he asked Mann to step outside. He said the two fought and that is when he was stabbed.
Both men had injuries and were taken to a hospital for treatment. Both will recover. Mann was then booked for 2nd degree assault.
