Lincoln residents will have a chance to take part in two upcoming Juneteenth celebrations. The Clyde Malone Community Center will host the first one at Trago Park near 21st and U Street Saturday, June 17 from noon to 4:00 p.m.
It will feature food, a vintage car show, live entertainment and bounce houses. The second event will be held at the “F” Street Community Center near 12th and “F” Street Community center near 12th and “F” Street on Saturday, June 24.
It will run from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and activities will include a 3-on-3 basketball tournament, magician, live music dance and poetry performances, classic car show, free food and a street dance.
