Lincoln’s annual Star City Pride parade will be held on Saturday from 9:30-11:30 a.m. LPD Captain Todd Kocian says there will be some street restrictions before and during the parade.
He says ‘K’ Street between 14th and 16th will close for eastbound traffic beginning at 7:30 a.m. and will reopen at the conclusion of the parade. “Once the parade starts, all southbound traffic on 16th Street will be diverted eastbound on K Street. We are asking people to plan accordingly for their morning travels.”
The two day festival begins Friday with a number of events, including food trucks and vendors and live music.
