Lincoln Police were called to the Fresh and Save Market near 27th and F Street just after midnight Monday. Captain Todd Kocian says just after midnight officers responded to the store after an alarm went off and they saw three people running from the building.
They were able to arrest a 17 year old and two 14 year old boys for burglary. “Officers found entry had been gained after the door had been shattered with large rocks,” Kocian says.
He says seven bottles of alcohol valued at $183 were taken and officers recovered all of them. All three teens were taken to the Youth Detention center where they were processed and released to their parents.
