A man who is no stranger to Lincoln Police is back in custody. Sergeant Chris Vollmer says 64 year Joseph Reyna was arrested after peeping through someone’s bedroom window in the Havelock neighborhood just before midnight Wednesday.
Sergeant Chris Vollmer says an officer arriving at the home near 62nd and Ballard saw a man, later identified as Reyna, peering
through the bedroom window of two people.
“The officer verbally engaged Reyna who then ran toward the alley,” Vollmer says. Reyna was later located in another alley between Havelock and Ballard and was taken into custody.
Reyna was transported to jail and booked for unlawful intrusion and criminal mischief, which are misdemeanors. This was the 11th time Reyna has been arrested for window peeping.
