A 33 year old man was arrested after Lincoln Police say he caused damage inside a parking garage near 12th and P Streets Saturday morning. Sergeant Chris Vollmer says employees called police around 8:15 a.m.
They said a man came into the garage with a metal pipe and was yelling. “He was observed to strike several walls, trash cans and ground before damaging a two-way call box that’s mounted on the north wall belonging to FMA Realty.”
Vollmer says Khoa Ho was arrested by UNL Police without incident. Police say Ho also damaged a window at Hewit Place near 12th and Q Streets over the weekend.
LPD also says Ho was responsible for vandalizing a window at Farmer’s Mutual near 12th and Lincoln Mall on April 15. An employee saw a broken window on the property and a review of security video displayed an unknown man damaging the window with rocks
Ho was arrested on three counts of criminal mischief.
