Another round of strong to severe storms is expected to develop this evening into the overnight hours with severe weather most likely along and south of I-80.
Hail up to 3″ in diameter and wind gusts of 60-65 mph are the primary hazards forecast. A tornado or two and/or minor flooding is also possible.
Temperatures will trend cooler into the weekend with widespread freezing conditions forecast on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
