An 84 year old Milford man reported missing last Friday has been found dead on the side of a Seward County Road. The Seward County Sheriff’s Office says law enforcement officers and volunteers began searching for Frederick Rolfsmeier in the area before finding him dead on the side of a road Friday afternoon.
The initial investigation shows Rolfsmeier died of natural causes and no foul play is suspected. “We are thankful for all the help our office received during this time,” the sheriff’s office said in a statement. “Unfortunately, this was not the outcome we hoped for. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Rolfsmeier family at this time.”
