Personal-finance website WalletHub released a report on 2023’s Healthiest & Unhealthiest Cities in America. To identify the places where health is a priority, WalletHub compared more than 180 of the largest U.S. cities across 43 key metrics. The data set ranges from the cost of a medical visit to fruit and vegetable consumption to the percentage of residents who are fully vaccinated.

Lincoln, Nebraska ranked as the 49th healthiest city on the list… Omaha ranked 82nd. Click here to view the full report.

KLIN News spoke with WalletHub Analyst Jill Gonzalez, who said Lincoln ranked well in some areas but had some work to do on other metrics, “[Lincoln] does have some improvements to go.
