64 year old Joseph Reyna is no stranger to Lincoln Police. Sergeant Chris Vollmer says Reyna has been arrested nine times since August of 2021 for peeping through windows of homes and apartments.
The latest incident happened around 1:30 Wednesday morning near 60th and Havelock Avenue. ” Witnesses described observing a male peering through the window of a neighboring apartment and provided a description to responding officers,” Vollmer says.
Arriving officers found Reyna near the apartment building. He was taken into custody and identified by the caller. Reyna was booked into jail for trespassing.
Reyna has been arrested three times for the same offense this year, including back on March 9.
