A Lincoln man has been arrested after a woman reported that he was peeping through a bedroom window. Around 7:30 Thursday night officers were sent to a home near 66th and Logan in the Havelock neighborhood.
The 54 year old victim says she was alerted to the man after receiving a notification on her home security system. Officers checking the area found 64-year-old Joseph Reyna.
He was detained and identified through a review of the victim’s security system. Reyna was taken to jail where he was booked for trespassing and disturbing the Peace. This was the third time since 2021 that Reyna has been arrested for window peeping.
