Lincoln Police were called to a home at 28th and Woods around 3:30 Thursday, June 24th to investigate a belated burglary. The two victims told police that two men armed with an AR-15 rifle forced their way inside their apartment. The two took an X-Box gaming system, a speaker, a necklace and about $400 in cash and left.

At 6:30 Thursday night, officers were called back to the same apartment after a neighbor reported that two men may be trying to again break in. Officers surrounded the building and announced they were there. A short time later, 22 year old Dangelo Harris jumped off a first floor balcony and ran. After a short foot pursuit he was taken into custody. He was in possession of an X-Box controller.
