A 21 year old man was arrested Wednesday afternoon by the LPD Gang Unit after a warrant was served at a home near 84th and O Street.
“Located was three vials of THC Wax, 15.2g of marijuana, packaging for the distribution of marijuana, $758 in currency and a pharmaceutical controlled substance,” says Sergeant Chris Vollmer.
He says a 12-gauge shotgun reported stolen in Lincoln in March of 2020 and a Kel-Tec 5.56 caliber rifle reported stolen from Custer County, Missouri in 2017.
Terrell Jones was arrested and booked into jail for possession of a firearm with a felony drug violation, possession of controlled substance, possessing money while violating a drug law and deliver, manufacture or intent to deliver a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school.
The arrest happened near the Southeast Community College campus.
