An employee at the Black Dahlia Salon at 701 P Street called police when she arrived at work around 9 a.m. on Saturday, May 22nd. She had found several items had been taken from the business overnight including five pairs of shears and electronics.
There were no signs of a forced entry and it is not yet known how the person got inside the building. The loss of items totals around $3,200. Officers are now working with building maintenance to access security video.
