A woman called Lincoln Police around 7 p.m. Sunday, May 23rd to report that she had been assaulted at a home in the 8000 block of Garland.
The 33 year old woman said she was at that address doing a custody exchange with their 14 year old daughter about an hour earlier. When she arrived to drop off their child, 33 year old Luke Tyburski pulled a shotgun out of a vehicle and pointed it at the woman’s head as she sat in her vehicle. Tyburski also threatened to kill the woman and that placed her in fear for her life.
Police found Tyburski at his home and he was taken into custody without incident. He was booked for use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony, terroristic threats, 3rd degree domestic assault by menacing threats and child abuse.
