Lincoln Police were called to a hospital around 2 p.m. on Friday, May 21st and they spoke with an 18 year old woman who reported being sexually assaulted and had been missing since May 13th.
She told police she met 22 year old Talon Dennis on social media and she agreed to meet him at his apartment in the 400 block of Fletcher on May 14th. When she arrived, she met his roommate, 24 year old Ricky Ossler as well.
She reported being possibly drugged and feeling threatened while she was at the residence. She was told they would take care of her if she watched after their children and did housework for them.
On May 16th, the men took her to another apartment at 16th and Prospect where she was physically assaulted and knocked unconscious. When she woke up she was being sexually assaulted by Dennis, Ossler and 23 year old Gianni Phillips.
The men then brought her back to the apartment and the victim fled and contacted police. The woman was examined at the hospital by a sexual assault nurse and was had bruises, lacerations and abrasions consistent with her statement.
A search warrant was served on the apartment in the 400 block of Fletcher on May 22nd around 5 a.m. Dennis and Ossler were taken into custody. Another search warrant was served on the apartment at 16th and Prospect on may 23rd at midnight and Phillips was taken into custody. Investigators processed both locations for physical and digital evidence.
Dennis, Ossler and Phillips were booked for 1st degree sexual assault and 1st degree false imprisonment.
