Black Hills Energy responded to a report of a damaged gas main near 27th and Fairfield shortly before 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
Traffic on N 27 Street Closed from Cornhusker Highway to Superior Street until Sunday
The area will be closed to traffic in both directions while welders and technicians make repairs to the steel gas main serving homes and businesses in the area.
At the present time, no customers have lost service. Street closures are expected until mid-morning on Sunday, May 23.
