A 19 year old Lincoln man is facing gun and terroristic threat charges after getting into a fight with his brother just after 3:00 this morning at their home near 53rd and Old Cheney.
“The caller advised 19-year-old Christian Furtwangler had grabbed a firearm, loaded it, and pointed it at several people at the residence following a physical altercation with his younger brother,” says Captian Todd Kocian.
Arriving officers found the 18 year old younger brother in an altered level of consciousness and bleeding from the mouth. He was transported to a local hospital for treatment of injuries received during the fight.
Kocian says no shots were fired. Furtwangler was arrested for use of a weapon to commit a felony and terroristic threats. A 9mm handgun was recovered by officers.
