The Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 37 year old man following a road rage incident in northwest Lincoln Tuesday night.
Sheriff Terry Wagner says a man pointed a gun at another driver on Highway 34 near Fallbrook Blvd and kept driving. Wagner says a deputy stopped 37 year old Justin Ericson near Raymond and found the lower receiver of a handgun and a fully loaded 16 round magazine. Ericson is a convicted felon and can’t legally possess a firearm.
The deputy also found meth and marijuana. Ericson on suspicion of terroristic threats and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, possession of methamphetamine and driving under suspension.
