There is a chance of severe weather Thursday afternoon and evening, especially east of the Missouri River. Winter precipitation is possible Thursday evening, but the big change will be in temperatures.
Clint Aegerter of the National Weather Service told KLIN News that wind chills at the end of the week and into the weekend are expected to be “on either side of zero in the single digits.”
