The Blackout will be under the lights. The Big Ten Conference and its television partners announced kickoff times for the games of Oct. 31, including Nebraska’s Blackout game against Washington. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. at Memorial Stadium.
It’s the second straight year the Cornhuskers have scheduled a Blackout game, and the second straight year that the game was scheduled for a night kickoff. Last year’s Nov. 1 matchup with USC was a night kickoff as well.
Pregame coverage will begin at 3 p.m. on KLIN and Froggy 98. The game will also be telecast on BTN. The following game for Nebraska, against Illinois, is slated for a 7 p.m. kickoff on Friday, Nov. 6, while the Heroes Game against Iowa on Nov. 27 is scheduled for an 11 a.m. start in Iowa City. The kickoff times for the other two games, Nov. 14 at Rutgers and Nov. 21 vs. Ohio State, will be set six to 12 days before kickoff.
