The Big Ten announced Thursday that Nebraska will host the 2027 Big Ten Softball Tournament at Bowlin Stadium/Rhonda Revelle Field on May 12-15, 2027. It’s the second time the Cornhuskers’ home field has hosted the tournament. When the tournament was revived in 2013 after a hiatus, Bowlin Stadium played host to the event. Nebraska won the Big Ten regular season and tournament championships last year en route to the Women’s College World Series.
The announcement was part of a larger announcement by the conference covering its Olympic sport championship sites. The Big Ten Baseball Tournament will be played at Charles Schwab Field in Omaha, as it has been for more than a decade.
