Nebraska athletic director announced Wednesday that head baseball coach Will Bolt has signed a contract extension through the 2032 season. Also, assistant coaches Rob Childress, Lance Harvell and Mike Sirianni have signed contract extensions running through the 2028 season.

“Will and his staff have done an outstanding job of continuing to elevate the level of success in our baseball program,” Dannen said in a news release. “Making three consecutive NCAA appearances and earning the opportunity to host a regional for the first time in almost two decades reflects the culture, development, and leadership of our entire baseball staff. We are excited to extend Will and his assistant coaches as we continue building momentum and pursuing championships at Nebraska.”

Nebraska hosted a regional for the first time since 2008 and earned 43 wins, the most in a season for the Cornhuskers since 2005. Nebraska’s 23 conference wins were a school record, and the Huskers qualified for regionals for the third straight season.
